1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rajaph platform, registering a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through rajaph, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the rajaph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the rajaph platform, whether registered members or visitors. rajaph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the rajaph platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the rajaph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, online gaming is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. rajaph strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay, or be a citizen or resident of the Philippines accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by rajaph, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of rajaph or its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming partners.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on the rajaph platform, you must register a single player account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with rajaph. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings. If you have an existing rajaph account and wish to open a new one for any reason, you must first contact rajaph support to close your existing account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. rajaph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajaph login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rajaph will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details. You should notify rajaph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account by contacting [email protected].

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, rajaph is required to verify the identity of all registered players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

rajaph may request, at any time, the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name matching registration details)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume accounts

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure. rajaph processes all submitted KYC documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with the rajaph Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

5. Deposits and Payments

rajaph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) only. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the rajaph platform:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as made available by rajaph from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• rajaph does not accept deposits from credit cards or any borrowed funds. Players are expected to deposit only from funds they own and can afford to use for gaming purposes.
• rajaph is not responsible for any delays, fees, or errors caused by your payment provider. If a deposit fails to credit your rajaph account within 30 minutes, please contact rajaph support with your transaction reference number.
• All deposits are subject to transaction monitoring in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine AML regulations (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your rajaph account are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• A completed KYC verification is required before rajaph will process any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per method, as published in the rajaph Help Centre.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Full wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• rajaph reserves the right to delay processing withdrawals for additional verification checks in accordance with AML obligations. Players will be notified if their withdrawal requires additional documentation.
• rajaph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

rajaph offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all rajaph promotions:

• All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting in.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any time unless rajaph expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• rajaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to a different account.
• Any player found to be abusing the rajaph bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonus forfeited and may face account suspension.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise specified.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the rajaph platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible from within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

• All game outcomes on rajaph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealers operating under monitored studio conditions, in accordance with PAGCOR-compliant procedures.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or network disconnection during a game round, rajaph's system will record the last confirmed game state. Where a round cannot be determined, any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to your rajaph account.
• rajaph reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error — including bets placed due to a software error, misquoted odds, or any other technical fault — and to correct any such error retroactively.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules and paytables of each game before wagering real money.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rajaph platform. rajaph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with all associated funds potentially forfeited:

• Registering more than one account with rajaph
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with rajaph games or systems
• Engaging in collusion with other players or rajaph staff
• Laundering money or using rajaph for any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the rajaph platform
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are connected to fraudulent activity
• Charging back or reversing deposits after gameplay has occurred

10. Responsible Gaming

rajaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools and resources to support healthy play habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts reminding them of time spent in active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the rajaph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, text, and interface design — is the property of rajaph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the rajaph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rajaph content without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rajaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rajaph platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits — even if rajaph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rajaph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rajaph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rajaph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend platform access for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without prior notice.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

rajaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Compliance with a legal requirement, court order, or PAGCOR directive
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, rajaph reserves the right to retain all funds in the account as liquidated damages, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law. Where account closure is for non-breach reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable processing.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and rajaph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for licensed online gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

rajaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rajaph will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the rajaph platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the rajaph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the rajaph platform and may request account closure by contacting rajaph support.
